What does a mole on the palm mean?

Short answer

A mole on the palm is read by location in palmistry, such as a mount, major line, palm center or outer edge. But if it is new, changing, itching, bleeding or growing, treat it as a skin concern first.

What this means

First decide whether it is a physical mole, a freckle, a temporary stain or a palmistry dot mark.

Then read its location: a mole near the heart line, life line, fate line, Jupiter mount or Luna area changes the symbolic interpretation.

Do not use palmistry to explain away a mole that is changing, painful, bleeding or growing. That belongs outside a symbolic reading.
