Refund policy

Personalized reports are supplied immediately. Once a report is generated and delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not available. Failed delivery, duplicate charges and mandatory legal rights remain protected. Earlier purchases keep their original terms.

Before a new paid report checkout, you must expressly request immediate supply of the personalized digital content and acknowledge that the change-of-mind cancellation right ends when the report is generated and delivered. A free preview is available before you decide to buy.

This does not remove mandatory consumer remedies, your right to dispute an unauthorized or duplicate charge, or support if the purchased report was not delivered or does not conform to its description. Payments and approved refunds are handled by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited, Hong Kong), the merchant of record named on your receipt. Earlier purchases went through Creem. To ask for a refund, email hello@trypalmreading.com with the reading ID or the receipt, or use the contact page.

A report purchase has nothing to cancel: it is a single payment and nothing renews. If you leave the checkout page before paying, you are not charged.

Earlier purchases keep the refund promise presented when they were bought, including any previously offered 14-day window. A new policy or lower price does not remove an existing report, purchase entitlement or an earlier refund commitment.

A share reward is one free palm report, not a cash purchase or credit. It does not include a birth chart, advanced advice or a cash refund. Public X and Bluesky posts must contain the supplied guide link, claim code and reward disclosure. Review starts after 60 seconds; platform availability can extend the wait. Clicking a share button is not verification. One approved reward per social profile and reading.

Advanced reports and advice are separate purchases. If an advanced purchase is refunded under an applicable exception, only the refunded purchase rights are revoked; an independently valid basic purchase or share reward remains available.

Master trial sessions, which are no longer sold, keep the terms they were bought under: no change-of-mind refund after the session is delivered, with cancellation available up to one hour before the booked session.
