Metal Hand + Wood Hand Compatibility
How they get along
Metal shapes Wood. Wood gives Metal something alive to refine.
What to watch
Metal can cut too early; Wood can keep growing around a decision that needed a clean edge.
What helps
Let Wood draft and Metal edit, but never let only one person own the final sentence.
